County Public Primary is a nonpartisan service built to facilitate communication between the constituency and those who wish to represent their constituency. Voters submit and judge ideas here at CPP using the forums for their geography and districts. Voters also build momentum for write-in candidates.
The forums are built so that people can post their ideas within their geography. Others within those geographies or districts can reply and discuss the pros and the cons of such an idea. Once enough feedback is collected, the idea can go up for an Agree/Disagree sort of vote by the peers within the area.
Judging Notice: You are not required to judge every idea, only the ones that sit heaviest with you. The clear results of judging ideas are important information for our constituency and representation. Please judge responsibly and honestly.

County Public Primary or Public Primary is a service built specifically to meet the needs of constituencies everywhere. Using our service as a voter, you will have the opportunity for the first time to find unity in ideas, recruit candidates and build momentum for these candidates willing to adopt popular ideas using all the time between elections.
This service is completely independent, nonpartisan, neutral and secular without conflicting interests, the very opposite of services that currently ask for your vote. CPP is built for communication, built for representation and built for due diligence on your county level.
County Public Primary requests the voter to submit and ideas. This ongoing communication of ideas in real time can be directed to all elected positions voted for. Every voter can submit one idea per seat (topic in forums) per year and judge any other idea within your districts. The results are meant to be used as a lobby effort providing valuable info for the goal of representation.
County Public Primary requests potential candidates to submit verified resumes for the voters in your districts to consider. If voters like a candidate, the candidate can start collecting pledges to build them real momentum between elections. The voters can see how many pledges each candidate has in real time and can see how many voted for that seat in the last election cycle.
